In continuation of the Staff’s Capacity Enhancement Programme of VAROD the monthly seminars on ‘Organizational Structure, Roles & Responsibilities’ and ‘Admin. System & Office Management’ held at ‘Amaithy Aham’, Goodshed Rd, Vavuniya on the days of 16, 17 Aug 2011 respectively.

Mrs. P. Selvarajan MBA (SJU), Snr. Lecturer in Mgt, Faculty of Business Studies, Vavuniya Campus of the University of Jaffna and Mr. M. Paramathasan B.Sc, SLAS, Dip. in Eng, MPA (Reading), Asst. District Secretary, Mannar District were the Resource Persons for these two days seminars.

All the participants exposed their enthusiasm to learn new things which are essential to carry out their duties well. The involvement and collaboration of the participants in the group works and the presentation skills were appreciated by the Resource Persons.
