Two days workshop on the title of Leadership Qualities in all level was held on 17, 18 June 2011 at ‘Claret Thendral’, Conference Hall of VAROD.

Mr. M. Ganeshalingam [B.Com, PGDM (OUSL), Trainer (CEFE)], Senior Asst. Registrar, South Eastern University of Sri Lanka was the Resource Person for the session. Thirty two staff participated in this session with enthusiasm.
