The VAROD staff is emerged into the field of project proposal creation. Mr. Nanthagopan, Lecturer- Vavuniya Campus (MBA. (RJT), PGD in App. Stat. (Pera), PGD in Mkt Com. (Sing), BBA. Spl in HRM (Hons) (Jaf) was the resource person.
The three days course began on the 13th to 15th of July, 2011. 21 selected ones were engaged in the training. The trainees were guided to form a project proposal with theoretical & practically guidelines. It is a part of Capacity building programme implemented in partnership with ZOA.
